Hosting and server logs
When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested resource, browser identifier) in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely).
Online booking via Calendly
To arrange a free online first conversation, we embed the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) as an inline widget. Loading the booking page transfers content directly from Calendly. Personal data (in particular IP address, device and browser information, and possibly cookies and local storage entries) may be transmitted to Calendly. If you book an appointment, the information you enter (name, email, possibly additional answers) is processed by Calendly and transmitted to us. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an efficient online booking flow). Calendly may transfer personal data to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable). Contacting us
If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process your information to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary functions without tracking cookies. The Calendly embed may set cookies and local storage entries required for the widget to function.
